28 Oct 2024Jordan Lindgren, better known by his online persona, JordiBoi, is an 18-year-old game developer from Skellefteå who is rapidly gaining recognition in the gaming world with his indie game titles.
His games – Ignited Entry, The Final Pin, Broken Through, and The Shopping List, have become hits among gaming communities, drawing the attention of major YouTubers such as Markiplier, Hollow, Kubz Scouts, and Jacksepticeye. These influencers have not only played JordiBoi’s games, reaching millions of viewers, but also contributed to his rising reputation in the gaming scene.
“I love finding games like this,” says YouTuber Jacksepticeye in the video where he plays JordiBoi’s game The Shopping List, which has garnered 4.7 million views so far.
In addition to his accomplishments, JordiBoi has successfully collaborated with prominent YouTubers who have voiced characters in his latest projects. Well-known personalities like 8-Bit Ryan, Call Me Kevin, Jacob Geller, and Berleezy have lent their voices, adding an extra layer of engagement and personality to his games – something that’s uncommon for many indie developers.
JordiBoi’s future plans are ambitious. When asked about his dreams for the future, he says:
“I want to keep making high-quality games that engage players and grow my audience in the games industry. I’m also interested in exploring other creative areas like film and music. My goal is not just to succeed as a Game Developer but to make an impact in different entertainment fields.”
