08 Mar 2024The UF company SCP Foundation Simulator UF, run by Max Hjertberg, Isak Dalberg, and Leo Stoltz, made a clean sweep at the UF fair in Luleå, clinching prizes in three categories. The trio, who are third-year students in the GameDev Program at Björknäs High School in Boden, also run the indie studio Miracle Bread.
SCP Foundation Simulator is a digital simulation game where players create and manage a facility, recruit personnel, and conduct experiments on mysterious phenomena. Players can build their own SCP facility and explore the supernatural.
The UF fair in Luleå is an annual event where young entrepreneurs in the region showcase their products and services, and several awards are given out in different categories during the fair.
– We secured first place in the “Advert Film of the Year” category, as well as second place in both the “Booth of the Year” and “UF Company of the Year” categories. We are very happy and grateful to have received these awards, says Isak Dalberg.
Thanks to the award in the “Booth of the Year” category, Isak, Max, and Leo have now secured their place in the national championship in Stockholm at the end of May, competing against UF companies from across the country. The future looks undoubtedly bright for the guys, and they don’t plan on resting on their laurels.
– We are really looking forward to this event and encourage you to find us at the fair! Furthermore (after high school), we plan to continue our entrepreneurial journey through our company, Miracle Bread, which we founded last year. We aim to continue the production of SCP Foundation Simulator UF, as well as collaborate with fans and meet as many people as possible who share the same visions as us, says Leo Stoltz.
